Sustainable Packaging
Doing our bit for the planet goes beyond choosing sustainable materials for pyjamas, but also for our packaging, check out below what we're doing to be more sustainable!
Internal packaging: To make sure our pyjamas arrive safely and in the best condition, we pack our pyjamas in extra soft tissue paper made from 100% FSC certified eco-friendly paper, placed in a box (pictured above) made from 100% recycled cardboard as a standard for all pyjamas. We also add a bunch of handtied dried organic lavender to each box, so you feel relaxed and calmed from the minute you open your pyjamas and truly feel the experience of Isla Day.
Pro tip: We recommend placing the lavender near your bed to help aid a relaxing and soothing night’s sleep.
External packaging: Your Isla Day pyjamas will arrive in a 100% compostable shipping bag made from a bio-based compostable polymer and PLA made up from plant materials. Goodbye single use plastic!

What to help us be more sustainable?
Every now and again we have boxes returned to us, these boxes are still in great condition and can be used up to 5 more times before they need to be sent to recycling to be created into new boxes. If you are happy to have a re-used box for your packaging, let us know at checkout.
